Safe food preperation
How to keep your food safe:
- Wash all raw fruits and vegetables before eating.
- Refrigerate, it slows down bacterial growth
- Buy food from reputable suppliers.
- Check used by dates.
- Cook food thoroughly.
- Do not wrap food in cling-film.
- When reheating food, serve it piping hot.
- If you need to keep food warm, keep it above 63'C
- Defrost in low rack in refrigerator
- Do not use the same knife or chopping board for raw and cooked food. Clean after yourself as you go.
- Personal hygiene!!
