Safe food preperation

How to keep your food safe:
  • Wash all raw fruits and vegetables before eating.
  • Refrigerate, it slows down bacterial growth
  • Buy food from reputable suppliers.
  • Check used by dates.
  • Cook food thoroughly.
  • Do not wrap food in cling-film.
  • When reheating food, serve it piping hot.
  • If you need to keep food warm, keep it above 63'C
  • Defrost in low rack in refrigerator
  • Do not use the same knife or chopping board for raw and cooked food. Clean after yourself as you go.
  • Personal hygiene!!
